Business Continuation Insurance

Also known as key man or key person insurance this is cover that protects individuals against various things depending on the policy, such as death accident or sickness. In the event of the insured event taking place an amount of money is discharged, i.e. the sum assured, to the company to enable that company to continue running in the absence of that individual either until they return to work or a suitable replacement can be sought.
